I was raised in a small town by my dad, growing up with my twin sister by my side. I picked up my first camera when I was 8, because I wanted to capture the world around me. Life had others plans for me. I became a Teacher, loved every bit of it, then went to grad school and became an Occupational Therapist. I then got married to my incredible husband and we now have twin toddler boys and a little baby girl. I decided to pick up the camera again to take pictures of them, and quickly fell back in love with capturing the special moments.

My "Why"
TO FREEZE TIME... FOR JUST A SECOND...
Tiny toes, baby bumps, hugs from your littles.... they all disappear in the blink of an eye. I used to wish I could freeze little moments and make them last forever, and that is exactly what I do for my clients now. At my sessions, we listen to music, run, dance, and play. I will be there capturing every second and creating art to look back at for years later.

My photography sessions are fun, playful and snugly. Of course, I get good photographs with everyone looking at the camera, but my favorite images are when true connections are being made. I adore capturing the moments that go unseen. I try to encourage my clients to embrace the season of life they are in right now, because as we all know, time goes by too quickly.
